Will I receive 1:1 support and feedback?

Career Strategy Lab is a group coaching program with opportunities for personalized feedback through: 

• Critiques are a way for you to get specific feedback about whatever you are working on. When you submit your resume, portfolio, etc we record a video critique and send it back to you with personalized feedback.
• Group Q&A and mindset calls are a great way to get answers to your questions that are more "let's talk it out" in nature. We do these calls live over Zoom as a group and on average there are 12 - 15 people who attend. The benefit to doing this in a group setting is that you can get fantastic insight from other people in CSL. So if you ask a question about interviewing, someone who interviewed 2 days ago may have great feedback for you.
• The community is a great way to get your specific questions answered. When you ask a question, we (the coaches) respond but again, you benefit from the perspective of other people in CSL who are right there alongside you, working on their resume, portfolio, interviewing, etc.

We currently don't offer the opportunity to have ongoing 1:1 calls with our coaches nor is there the option to buy "sessions" of 1:1 time with Sarah Doody.
