What is the success rate of CSL?

We cannot calculate a success rate. This is because not everyone who joins Career Strategy Lab aims to get hired.

Some people join proactively to be ready in the future, when unexpected opportunities come their way or when they are ready to go after a new role. 

Others join because they've been working for 10, 15, 20+ years and want to hit pause and evaluate what the next chapter of their career could look like.

As such, we can't calculate a "hired rate" and advise you to consider this when evaluating other programs you might work with.
