Is there a guarantee?

We don't offer a guarantee. When you join, the materials are instantly available. As such, and to prevent intellectual property theft, we don't offer a refund.

We also don't offer a job guarantee and frankly, the UX job guarantees are unethical.

Why? Because the only person who can guarantee you’ll get hired is the person signing your job description.

Harvard doesn't guarantee you'll get hired just because you went to Harvard. You have to show up to classes, do the work, build relationships, etc. In the same way, if you want to succeed with Career Strategy Lab, you have to show up and do the work!
